How We Work
Churches prevail when they are aligned with the mission of the Founder and when employing proven strategies.
For 2000 years, the Great Commission has required believers to adapt to their context as the gospel has gone to the ends of the earth. We value defined, intentional, and proven methodologies as we seek to make more disciples and plant prevailing churches in Hometowns everywhere.
We launch planters.
God has called us to make disciples and plant churches. This mission requires great leaders, so we must intentionally invest in future church planters.
Hometown Network offers one-on-one assessment, church plant training, and planter coaching throughout the entire launch process. Our program focuses on critical competencies and equips planters to preach, lead, shepherd, manage, and build. All assessments and training are developed for the uniqueness of the church planter and the context of the church plant.

We strengthen churches.

Whether in the city, suburbs, or rural communities, factors such as costs, demographics, socioeconomic conditions, local culture, and population are critical to helping churches grow through the stages of church advancement.
